Terms of service (public offer)

1. General

This document is a public offer by Soslan Arturovich Kasaev (Касаев Сослан Артурович), individual, Republic of Kazakhstan (the "Seller") to any person with legal capacity aged 18 or over (the "User") to enter into an agreement on the terms below. It is drafted with regard to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Paying for a plan means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

2. Subject

The Seller provides access to TrendX: automated AI analysis of a chart image with an answer of "up", "down" or "stay out", with an explanation and risks.

The service is informational only and is not investment advice, financial advice or a brokerage service. The Seller does not trade on the User's behalf or manage the User's funds.

3. Free analysis and plan

A new user gets one free analysis.

A plan costs 50 USDT and lasts 30 days from payment confirmation. It includes up to 10 analyses a day; the counter resets at midnight Moscow time.

There is no auto-renewal: when the term ends, access stops unless the User pays for a new period.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted only in USDT on the TRC-20 network via the Heleket payment service. Amounts in local currency on the site are for reference only.

Payment is complete once the payment service confirms it. Coins on another network or in another currency are not credited.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. Access is provided immediately after payment confirmation, so the User can try the service with the free analysis before paying.

If a payment is confirmed but the plan did not activate, the Seller activates it manually after the User contacts support.

6. Limitation of liability

Answers are generated automatically and may be wrong. The User makes all trading decisions and bears their risk.

The Seller is not liable for the User's trading losses or for outages of third-party services (payment service, AI provider, messengers).

7. Other terms

The Seller may amend this offer; the new version applies from publication on the site and does not change the terms of an already paid period.

Disputes are settled by negotiation or, failing that, in court at the Seller's location under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
