1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Soslan Arturovich Kasaev (Касаев Сослан Артурович), individual, Republic of Kazakhstan, e-mail its_tsushima@vk.com. This policy is drafted with regard to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection".

2. What we collect

Signing in with Google: name and email. With Telegram: ID, name and username.

Technical data: IP address, a device ID in a cookie, traffic source (utm tags, referral link).

Analysis results and notes on how a trade ended, if you add them.

Payment data: amount, status, payment ID. For partner payouts: wallet address.

3. Screenshots

A screenshot is used only for the analysis and is not kept permanently. The analysis result is saved in your history.

4. Why

To provide the service, track limits and the free analysis, accept payments, credit referral bonuses, answer support requests and protect the service from abuse.

5. Who we share it with

The AI model provider (OpenRouter) receives the chart image for analysis, without your name or email; the Heleket payment service receives invoice data; Google and Telegram, for sign-in; the hosting provider, for storage. Some of these services are outside the Republic of Kazakhstan; by using the service you agree to this cross-border transfer.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for sign-in, language choice, device and traffic-source tracking. No third-party advertising cookies.

7. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account exists. To delete your account and data, message support on Telegram @elyy_crr or write to its_tsushima@vk.com. Payment data may be kept longer where the law requires it.

8. Age

The service is for people aged 18 and over only.
